Method of preparation

Mix the chickpeas with the onion and keep it on the fire for another 1-2 minutes. Pour a little fish juice over the fish (if you don't have one you can put the vegetable juice) and mix for another 1-2 minutes.

Add cucumber, cumin, salt and crushed black pepper. Stir until you feel the aroma as your senses tickle.

After removing the chickpeas from the heat, add the diced tomatoes, parsley and chopped olives at the end. Put them at the end so that they remain in their natural colors. The plate must also be beautiful, the colors of the ingredients as vivid as possible, for a greater appetite and a more pleasant tasting.

Salmon follows, it's very simple. Take a frying pan, pour a little olive oil and put the salmon fillet in the pan, first on the skin side. After 2 minutes it returns to the other side. It does not require turning several times.
If it is a thicker piece, you can put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, where you keep it for 5 minutes.
